RFLP Monster will explicitly ask for information that personally identifies you ("Personal Information"). Your personal information is used to allow us to contact you regarding the testing process, and to advise you of upgrades and new releases of the RFLP Monster. The RFLP Monster group is not affiliated with any other group. RFLP Monster may ask you for more information; such as your Company name and research area - the provision of this information is voluntary and will only be used to further refine our product to your needs. Under no circumstances will RFLP Monster make any personal information about an individual user available to anyone.

RFLP Monster Campaign Monitor adheres strictly to permission-based email policy. Except as mentioned above, we will not send you unsolicited email information, commercial offers or advertisements. We will not sell, rent, or loan our contact lists to any outside firms. All emails have an option to unsubscribe. Unsubscribe requests are fulfilled within minutes and no further communications will be sent to users who have stated that they do not wish to receive the specified information.

We may access your email address to contact you personally about the testing you are performing. Your test data will not be available to any third party and indeed the process of RFLP Monster means no data is left on our servers.

On rare occasions it may be necessary to send out a strictly service related announcement. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance we might send users an email. Generally, users may not opt-out of these communications, though they can deactivate their account. However, these communications are not promotional in nature.

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time.
